And that’s what it’s all about. Youngsters of all ages are not only learning to read, they’re looking forward to it. They’re learning to love to read! I remember how terrifying it was to stand up in class in primary school and even in secondary school and read out loud from a reader and I do believe that encouraging children to read to the loving and understanding family pet would be a wonderful way to integrate them into reading out loud.
