Perfect Doggie Day 02/20/2010
I have had a lovely day. First, I woke dad up early and asked for a walk. It was a new location; I have never stayed at Phillip Island before so I wanted to look around. It suited mum, she blogged in bed with a cup of tea while I showed dad the local sights. Then I reclined in the shade while mum and dad swam where I could keep an eye out that they were behaving themselves. ![]() Then (what joy), we went on a long walk into Cowes I took a look around a Sunday market then I sat outside boutiques with dad while mum looked at ladies things in the store, I made sure she knew how pleased I was each time she came back. ![]() Then we came to a restaurant with outside table and chairs and mum went and asked if I was allowed, to sit there with them if the ordered and they said yes. Imagine my delight when mum comes back with my favourite dinner. Roast chicken cut into quarters eaten finger style and I was allowed, to eat all mum’s chicken skin and some of the chicken meat because she is watching her fat intake and portion control. ![]() Mum said that one large hot roast chicken for $7.90 was excellent value. The store was very busy and there were lots of sidewalk, table and chairs, and no one was worried about a poodle being one of the diners. Mind you, I am better groomed right now than my owners. I want to eat more of the chicken skin than mum will allow me to eat. She said she would have to get a life insurance online quote, For me if I do not cut back on the chicken skin, like she has done. We had another long walk after that; mum said we had to walk our chicken off. Then home to relax beside the pool and train mum again. I am snuggled up on the bed dictating my blog to mum now, it has been a perfect doggie day. Comments Comments are closed. |
